Mechanical Engineer
THE ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Develop, implement and optimize existing and new EV Charging products; ensuring compliance with technical and cost specifications
- Analyze and test the design of parts and assemblies to ensure that they meet design specifications, cost goals, and manufacturability requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production. Sales, and customers
WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years experience in mechanical engineering or related field
- Experience in high volume production environment required
- SolidWorks 3D or similar experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work across a variety of departments
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and
