Position: Infor M3 Supply Chain Owner
Job Description:
Our client is in search of a Business Application – Operations role that will play a crucial part by collaborating with business process owners and technology groups to fully maintain, support, and enhance existing applications. These applications include both vendor-supported and in-house developed systems such as .NET, Ignition MES, and Infor M3. The primary goal is to drive process standardization, improve efficiency, implement automation, and ultimately create value.
As the Business Application Owner, the individual will work closely with various global internal and external groups to ensure the high availability of applications within their domain expertise. Additionally, they will be responsible for successfully executing enhancements and project work.
The role will involve engagement with multiple functional groups within the Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations of a global organization. Leveraging their domain expertise, the candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide functional and technical expertise to analyze, plan and design Infor M3 solutions
- Software development, with excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify and define high level business requirements
- Lead project teams in driving solutions for applications
- Partner with business process owners to elicit and document functional requirements
- Partner with business process owners and other technology groups to create foundational artifacts (testing scripts, process documentation, training, etc.)
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure best practices are used to configure and develop solutions
- Support business teams in all testing activities
- Engage in incident resolution and data recovery
- Assist business teams with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new systems and Infor M3 modules
- Manage SLAs and KPIs, internal and with service providers
- Serve as overall escalation point for all Tier 1 applications
- Project Management as needed, participate as SME in projects as assigned
- Participate in on-call support rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years IT experience
- Minimum of 5 years working in Infor M3 Supply Chain Module with an In-depth Business process knowledge of Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement processes
- Understanding of other modules of M3 like Order Management and fundamentals of MFG, MRP and Finance is an added advantage
- Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies
- Ability to develop test cases and execute test plans
