Successful sales leader and strategist brings an established track record to the company.
Precision Life Sciences, a subsidiary of Precision Talent Group, LLC, announced today that Joseph Grande, MBA has joined the company as the Senior Vice President, Growth and Strategic Development.
Grande will be responsible for leading the development of a long-term national business strategy and growth opportunities that will facilitate client needs across all markets.
An award-winning sales professional, Grande’s career spans over 25 years in the healthcare and pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries.

Grande has held various sales leadership positions. As District Sales Director at GSK, he held multiple positions that included Global Product Strategy Manager where he led marketing initiatives throughout Europe and Latin America supporting new indications. In addition, Grande managed multiple sales teams throughout the east coast focusing on optimizing GSK’s product portfolio. Most recently he served as the Vice President, Sales at Medicus Healthcare Solutions where he built and led the national companywide sales strategy for the hospitalist, critical care, and family medicine physician staffing programs.
